How to Book an Appointment
At Metatopia Massage we give you two ways to schedule a massage, either e-mail or by telephone:

Appointment Policies
• Sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. You will be asked to fill out an intake form to provide your massage therapist with pertinent information regarding your health history.
• For all sessions to follow, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for a complete session.
24-hours notice is required for all cancellations. Clients who are unable to provide this notice will be charged the full amount for their session.
